  1. Olivaceous accepts returns for damaged items only.
  2. These items must be of manufacture damage and exchange/store credit will be given.
  3. NO refunds. Damaged items must be returned within 10 days for domestic and 20 days for international customers.
  4. Olivaceous must be notified of any damage within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for any and all returned merchandise, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  6. All returned items must have its original tags, labels and in its original package.
  7. Items will not be accepted if worn, washed, or if the label has been changed.
  8. Final sales are FINAL. (No return, INCLUDE SALES ITEMS)
  9. No checks accepted.
  10. In case of returns by UPS, we only provide return label.( NO call tag).
  11. All payments that are not cleared within the first three business days after an order is placed will be cancelled.
  12. All vendors providing information on alternative forms of payment for declined credit cards must provide new information within the first three business days as well.
