- Olivaceous accepts returns for damaged items only.
- These items must be of manufacture damage and exchange/store credit will be given.
- NO refunds. Damaged items must be returned within 10 days for domestic and 20 days for international customers.
- Olivaceous must be notified of any damage within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for any and all returned merchandise, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returned items must have its original tags, labels and in its original package.
- Items will not be accepted if worn, washed, or if the label has been changed.
- Final sales are FINAL. (No return, INCLUDE SALES ITEMS)
- No checks accepted.
- In case of returns by UPS, we only provide return label.( NO call tag).
- All payments that are not cleared within the first three business days after an order is placed will be cancelled.
- All vendors providing information on alternative forms of payment for declined credit cards must provide new information within the first three business days as well.
